Offering a cozy blend of history and modern convenience, the spacious 91 m² retreat comfortably accommodates up to four guests. It boasts an exceptionally convenient location, sitting just 200 meters from local shopping, 300 meters from the nearest restaurant, and an easy 500-meter stroll to the beautiful coast. Inside, the home features a practical layout with two dedicated bedrooms, each furnished with two beds. The cozy living room serves as the social hub of the house, equipped with Danish TV and a Chromecast for streaming your favorite shows. For a hassle-free stay, the kitchen comes fully loaded with an electric stove, electric hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, a 60–99 liter freezer, a coffee maker, and a mini oven. A full bathroom includes a toilet, sink, shower, and the added luxury of an in-house washing machine and tumble dryer, while efficient central heating keeps the entire property warm and inviting. The outdoor area opens up to a lovely natural garden space, complete with comfortable garden furniture and sun loungers for soaking up the fresh coastal air. A charcoal grill is also available for relaxed afternoon barbecues, and dedicated parking is provided directly on the property. The home also serves as an excellent base for exploring North Jutland's top attractions, with the North Sea Oceanarium, Fårup Summerland, the Bunker Museum Hirtshals, and the cultural highlights of Skagen and Aalborg all within driving distance.
