Details about the house:Skyttevej 4 is located in the middle of scenic Nr. Lyngby, and there is room for 8 people! The house has 4 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 bunk beds - and 2 extra sleeping places on the cozy loft. The house has 1 bathroom and a huge kitchen-dining room in open connection with the living room, where you can cozy up on the soft sofas! It is generally a house with plenty of space that invites you to a wonderful holiday - even on the first floor of the house there is a beautiful viewing room! The house's large windows also testify to the fact that they like to invite the magnificent nature inside. Parts of the house are from 1996, but a large part was renovated in 2022, which can be seen in, among other things, the delicious kitchen, the beautiful bathroom and the huge terrace with spa. Outdoor area:As mentioned, around the house there are lovely terraces and an outdoor shower and spa as well as garden furniture. Here is a lovely shelter where it is super cozy to spend the night. The house is located in a quiet area where nature is raw and lovely! If you want to experience more life, you can just take a short walk down to the beach or drive to either Løkken or Lønstrup, which are very popular holiday towns on Denmark's northwest coast. It is easy to park at the house, and you can also bring your car to the beach. The beach is a lovely beach, and here there are almost always happy paragliders, surfers and hang gliding. In the high season the local grocery store is open and at the Fisherman's Rest restaurant you get Denmark's best Fish'n'chips! The house is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed. Important note – • Rebooking is allowed once within the same reservation year. • A refundable deposit may be required before arrival to cover consumption and any additional services. The final costs are based on actual consumption, and any remaining amounts will be refunded within 21 days after check-out. • Forgotten items will be returned for postage plus a handling fee of DKK 150. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. • Keys are handed in and returned via the key box on site. • Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to rent the property.
