The flat on the ground floor offers 48 m² of living space with underfloor heating and the convenience of a well-equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine and an espresso pot. A cosy double room ensures restful nights. There is also a modern shower room.
