The flat is 45 m² in size and comprises the following rooms: bedroom with double bed, fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven as well as a seating area, separate bathroom with bathtub and washer-dryer and WC. The bedroom and hallway are laid with laminate flooring, the kitchen and bathroom are tiled.It is possible to use the quiet garden behind the house. There is a small playground with a swing and sandpit, garden furniture and a barbecue. The property is fully fenced. There is also a lockable parking space for bicycles.
