Maximaal 3 huisdieren/honden toegestaan. The holiday flat is located in the company of another holiday property on a plot in a quiet residential area right next to the forest. If you cross this, you can be standing on the fine beach sand in less than 10 minutes and looking out to sea. Despite the idyllic and quiet location, you are not far from the village centre with its shops, restaurants and bars.The holiday flat is small but nice, so it offers a maximum of two adults and two children (or one adult and three children) a cosy home for a great Baltic Sea holiday! In the living room, you can lounge on the sofa (and watch TV), play games or eat the food you have prepared in the kitchen. In addition to the cooker, kettle, mini oven, toaster and coffee machine, the most important kitchen utensils are available for kitchen magic. (Of course, there are also two bunks for sleeping on holiday. The grown-ups sleep in the 1.60 metre wide double bed and the little ones have to work out where to sleep first, as they sleep in the bunk bed in the children's bedroom. Unfortunately, there is no room for a cot, but we are happy to provide a safety rail for the bunk bed as an alternative. Last but not least, there is a small bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. A hairdryer and towels are of course available.Directly next to the holiday flat is the terrace for your exclusive use. Cosy up in a beach chair and soak up the sun or sometimes just the sea air. Relax and unwind with a barbecue, a cool beer or a glass of wine. The garden is for communal use.Zinnowitz offers many good restaurants and shopping facilities, children's playgrounds, dog beaches, minigolf, sailing, tennis, surfing, cycling, boat trips on the Achterwasser and on the Baltic Sea, a varied cultural programme (not only in summer) with theatre, cinema and various events. There is also an extensive wellness programme and an indoor swimming pool. The whole island of Usedom impresses with its beautiful nature, which can be explored on numerous cycling and hiking trails. There is also a climbing forest in Pudagla where you can test your height and skill, you can feel like an emperor in Ahlbeck, Bansin and Heringsdorf, take a historical tour in Peenemünde or an island safari in otherwise inaccessible areas, or simply enjoy a coffee in Mellenthin Castle - there's a lid for every pot here, or something like that!
