Open terrace and storage for skies. 4 x Car heating plugs. For a baby: high chair and travel bed, also the child safety gates on the stairs. Terrace with furnitures and barbeque use on summertime. Vuokatti ski slope 3.5 km, Sotkamo 9 km, Hiukka beach 9 km (in Sotkamo), nearest lake 1 km. Kajaani 30 km, cross country track 150 m. Holiday Club Katinkulta / spa 5 km.
