Sleeping facilities: 2 beds in the bedroom and 2 additional beds from the sofa bed in the living room.

Apartments 3 and 4 have a common hallway, from which access to the apartment. In the house's common outdoor storage room, 2 bicycles and a plastic sled are shared.
