The ground floor features a shared living area, a sauna with a window, and two bedrooms. One bedroom includes a remote work station, and the other has a TV. The terrace, facing south and west, offers a comfortable dining set, a sunbed, a gas grill, and a Muurikka electric smoker. Upstairs, a spacious bedroom with its own toilet and a south-facing balcony with a relaxed sofa set provides privacy. For young guests, there is a travel cot, high chair, potty, bicycles, bicycle seats, toys, games, and a child gate at the top of the stairs. The kitchen, renovated in winter 2026, includes clean dishes, comprehensive cooking utensils, and several kitchen accessories (e.g., SodaStream, sandwich grill/waffle iron, milk frother, bread maker). The entire ground floor has underfloor heating, a heat-retaining fireplace with a baking oven, an air source heat pump, ventilation windows with mosquito nets, 7 separate box spring beds, 3 toilets, and ample storage space for personal belongings, ensuring comfort.
