In villa there is kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms: First bed room with double bed (180 cm wide), second bedroom (also used as a workroom) double bed (150 cm wide) and sleeping sofa (120 cm wide), third bedroom double bed (160 cm wide), washroom with 2 showers, sauna (elec. stove), open porch (30 m²). Two of the bedromos are also used as owner's workrooms when there are no customers. Lakeshore sauna (40 m²), with dressing room convertible bed/ sofa, sauna also has elec. light, elec. heating, cold and hot water, shower and wood-burning stove. There is ice hole in winter. Villa designed by architect, interior spacious and light. Suitable for e.g. two acquainted families. Rented only to families and companies and others who enjoy peaceful holiday. Large plot, well maintained yard area, nice view from porch, thoroughfares, garden furniture, jetties, grill places: all is exactly as it should be! Plot on slope, yard mainly grassy.
