The holiday flat is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house dating from 1900, in the centre of Villers-sur-Mer, opposite the church and just 200 metres from the beach.The living room opens onto a terrace with garden furniture and onto the flat's private courtyard of around 70 m². Guests can park their vehicles in a public car park behind the house; parking spaces are also available in the streets surrounding the holiday flat.The approx. 63 m² holiday flat was renovated in 2016 and is tastefully furnished. It consists of a 20 m² living room with dining table and fully equipped open kitchen, two bedrooms (one of which is a walk-in), a large hallway with a double sofa bed (2 x 80 cm wide), a bathroom with shower and WC and another separate WC for guests. The first bedroom has a 140cm-wide double bed, and the second, the connecting bedroom, has two 80cm-wide single beds. There is electric heating in all rooms. A wireless internet connection is also available for guests.The holiday home is perfect for a beautiful and elegant holiday in Normandy.
