Holiday apartment on a farm in Umbria.
The farm is located in the green heart of Italy: Umbria, to be precise in Passage of Bettona, only 15 km away from Perugia and close to some of the most characteristic art cities of the region such as Assisi, Spello, Spoleto, Todi, Gubbio. The farm extends over 40 hectares, 10 of which are planted with olive groves and vineyards, the rest with arable land. The accommodation, recently built, is furnished with care and good taste down to the smallest detail.
It is enriched by a spectacular panorama that opens onto the valley from Perugia to Spoleto. From the windows facing Assisi, the alternation of morning mists, bright sun and fiery sunsets are able to give unique sensations.
Peace and relaxation will be the main ingredients that characterize an unforgettable holiday amidst the greenery, traditions, scents and pristine beauty of the characteristic Umbrian landscape. In the surrounding park, an enchanting salt water infinity pool built with natural stones, equipped with night lighting, will be able to create magical atmospheres on warm summer evenings. To frame the beautiful view of Assisi. The swimming pool is equipped with an independent professional hydromassage with water jets and blowers.
Wine and oil produced on the estate can be tasted on our table and purchased directly in the shop. The agritourism has a purely naturalistic area dedicated to farmyard animals. Typical restaurant with local, national and international products. The farmhouse can accommodate up to a maximum of 30/40 people.
This apartment:
is located on the ground floor 40 sq m. with access from the garden. In addition to the double bedroom which also has a sofa bed (for one person), in the other room there is another sofa bed (for two people).
Bathroom with shower located in the center of the apartment with an anteroom, so as to respect the privacy of the people who host the apartment.

Het appartement was comfortabel en had een prima keuken, waardoor we samen konden koken. Het inchecken verliep soepel, wat onze aankomst gemakkelijk maakte, en doordat het dicht bij steden zoals Perugia lag, was het makkelijk om de omgeving te verkennen.
Ik voelde me helemaal op mijn gemak in deze prachtige omgeving.
Het personeel was super gastvrij en behulpzaam gedurende mijn verblijf. Het infinity zwembad zag er 's nachts geweldig uit toen het verlicht was. Ik heb hier zeker meer voor mijn geld gekregen.
Als solo reiziger vond ik deze plek charmant met zijn warme sfeer en vriendelijke personeel.
De adembenemende zonsondergangen boven de vallei maakten elke avond bijzonder.
We verbleven er een week en hebben genoten van alles, van de lokale wijn tot het zoutwaterzwembad. Het knusse appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien en had alles wat we nodig hadden. Het meest memorabel was het adembenemende uitzicht op Assisi tijdens zonsondergang vanuit onze tuin. Het leek wel een scène uit een film!
Overal prachtige landschappen en veel olijfbomen, het is hier erg pittoresk.
Deze accommodatie voelt zowel knus als praktisch aan, met een gastvrije sfeer die je meteen aanspreekt. De tuin is prachtig om 's middags te ontspannen.
Een fantastische plek als je van natuur en goede wijn houdt.
Ik werk op afstand terwijl ik reis en deze plek heeft een solide internetsnelheid en een fijne werkruimte in de kamer. Ook een rustige omgeving.
We vonden de locatie geweldig! Op korte rijafstand van Perugia en Assisi is het omliggende landschap pittoresk en perfect voor wandelingen.
Het zoutwaterzwembad was verfrissend en een perfecte manier om te ontspannen na een dagje sightseeing. We waren dol op het ontwerp met natuursteen,
Deze plek is een verborgen parel! De combinatie van natuur, comfort en de nabijheid van kunststeden is perfect voor een ontspannen vakantie.
Het pand is goed onderhouden en de tuinen zijn prachtig. Het is een geweldige plek voor natuurliefhebbers en mensen die op zoek zijn naar ontspanning.
Een eenvoudig en aangenaam verblijf. Het appartement had alles wat we nodig hadden en was gelegen in een prachtige omgeving.
