The holiday house is located in a small village in the municipality of Caroiba, in the hinterland of the Istrian peninsula. It is part of a row of houses next to each other. It is surrounded by green nature and is therefore an ideal place to relax.Outside, there is a private garden with a children's playground and a brick barbecue. Another new feature of the property is the 6.5 m x 4.5 m swimming pool. The depth can be adjusted between 1.20 m and 1.50 m. There is an area of approximately 90 square metres with non-slip tiles, equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The property also includes a private parking area for up to four cars.The house has been renovated and is on one level. A small staircase leads to the entrance of the mezzanine level. It has three bedrooms: one large with two double beds and two with one double bed each (bed size 160x190cm). The kitchen-dining room is rustic and comfortably furnished. It has a dining table, a fireplace, a TV with satellite channels, a kitchen with a gas and electric cooker, an oven, a coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave and a refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle. The house is air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi internet access. There is a washing machine.The house is a 15-minute drive from Poreč and the sea. There are numerous restaurants, discos and pizzerias in the vicinity. There are also two water parks where you can spend a few hours of fun. There is also a riding school nearby.Right next to the holiday home is the owner's farm, where wine and olive oil are cultivated. Guests can help with farm work if they wish.
