The fully equipped kitchen has an electric hob, an oven, a fridge, a coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower, WC and hairdryer. There is air conditioning in the hallway to cool both floors. A hoover is also available in the flat and guests can also receive a baby cot and high chair on request!A private 15 m2 terrace with a dining table overlooks a quiet street.
