It is located 300 metres from the sea, at an altitude of 65 metres. The sea and restaurants are within easy walking distance, while the centre of Opatija is only 1 km away.The separate annexe is about 35 square metres and is separated from the main building by a few steps. The small house is open-plan. The living area consists of a kitchenette, separated from the sleeping area by shelving. The sleeping area has a double bed.
