The spacious bathroom has two washbasins, a WC and a large shower. There is also a little bath.

The balcony measures as much as 45m² and offers a wonderful view. It has a dining table with six chairs. One of the bedrooms also has a little balcony of 3m². To the rear of the house there is the parking area and there is also a barbecue.

The nearest shop is just 150 metres away. It is a ten-minute walk to the most famous beach on the island. The house is in a quiet district, but all the important amenities are nearby. It is just 4km to Trogir, 8km to the airport in Split and 25km to the large ferry port in Split. Every 30 minutes there are boat connections from Okrug Gornji to Trogir.
