On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV, a sofa and a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, hob, oven and microwave. A coffee machine and a dining area round off the kitchen facilities. The rooms are easily accessible from the hallway, including a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. There are two further bedrooms on the top floor, one of which has a charming little west-facing balcony.The outside area of our house offers a terrace that invites you to relax outdoors and a fenced garden where barbecues are permitted. For added convenience, our guests have their own car park at their disposal. In a storage room accessible from the outside you will find a washing machine, and the whole property benefits from a digital satellite antenna with all free-to-air German television programmes.There are numerous leisure activities in the immediate vicinity of the house.
