We offer you a complex of holiday houses located in the tourist village Sarbinowo, which in a very short period of time, for a few years, has transformed into a resort with full facilities and tourist infrastructure.The cottages are located approximately 350m from the sea. Access leads to a very wide beach, which is located at the main entrances in Sarbinowo.Attractive and pet-friendly holiday cottages NORD-STAR- SARBINOWO, with 2 bedrooms, each 2 persons, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom, terrace with barbecue, parking.We offer 6 newly renovated, single-storey cottages in Sarbinowo, 350 m from the beach. In each of the cottages we can accommodate from 2 persons to a maximum of 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children aged 0 to 12 years (including children).The cottages haveLiving room with sofa bed for 2 persons, TV, table, other furniture.Kitchenette with fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, pots, 2 hotplates.2 double bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with single beds. (bed linen provided)1 bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin.Terrace with garden furniture, individual barbecue in front of the terrace ( not on the terrace) clothes dryer.On the property.Individual barbecue at each houseSmall playground for children, toys.Parking, 1 car for 1 house.Sunbathing area.During the holiday period from 24.06. to 31.08. we rent out our houses for stays of at least 7 nights, arriving mainly on Saturdays or Sundays.Please calculate the proposed price before sending your request. Calculate the price.We only rent whole houses. 1 house for 2 -4 persons or up to 6 persons (including 2 small children) Number of persons in the house (maximum 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children)For groups of more than 6 people (including children), the price for each cottage must be calculated separately. We do not have cottages for e.g. 7-8 people in this complex.In the case of group accommodation, please indicate the number of cottages for which you will be charged separately.Each cottage has 1 parking space for 1 car in the complex.The whole area of the property is fenced (the gate is locked at night). There is a playground with certified equipment.Bed linen is provided in the cottage.Please bring your own bathroom towels and beach towels, which are not provided.During the summer holiday season we rent out our cottages for weekly stays or multiples of weekly stays. Arrivals and departures on Saturdays or Sundays. Outside the summer season arrival dates and length of stay are optional (but a minimum of 4 nights).The number of persons allowed in the cottage is in accordance with the reservation and payment made.Possibility to accommodate more than 30 people.Smoking is not allowed in any of the cottages.Pets are allowed upon agreement with the renter (additional fee, 5,- Euro per day).Conditions: dogs on the premises must be kept on a leash, it is compulsory to walk the dog behind the need outside the premises.In order to hand over the keys to you, we expect you at the reception. The reception is open (except for arrivals) from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or by phone. Please give us the exact time of your arrival in SARBINOVO and your journey to your accommodation. We require a contact mobile phone number at the time of booking.Accommodation from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. (valid in high season). The cottage must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.ACCESS. Our cottages are located at 5 North Street in Sarbinowo. Due to the fact that the building is relatively new, access from the main street (South) is on a well-paved gravel road (about 100m).
