There is availability for a cot and a high chair. There are two bathrooms that serve the entire house, one on the ground floor with a shower, and one on the 1st floor with a bathtub.

The living room-kitchen-dining room is very cozy, it has a sofa, an armchair, TV, fireplace, air conditioning and a table with chairs; The kitchen, in the same room and gas, has all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
