After a day enjoying your favorite water sport, this villa will allow you to comfortably collect your surf or kite equipment before relaxing and cooling off in the private pool. The saltwater pool measures 6 x 3 meters and its depth ranges from 1.55 to 3 meters. The porch next to the house is perfect for enjoying al fresco lunches and dinners. The property is fenced and there are nearby neighbors.
The single-story interior offers a simple, bright and very welcoming style. Upon entering we find the kitchen-dining room that has television, a comfortable sofa, a table for 6 people and a ceramic hob. To rest, they have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with a fan to cool off the hottest nights. The two extra guests can occupy the double sofa bed. The only bathroom in the house is equipped with a shower. Finally, in the accommodation you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a cot and high chair if you travel with your baby.
The property is located just 500 meters from Los Lances beach, with fine white sand and an object of desire for lovers of the sea and water sports. In addition, it is a natural area of great ecological value where you can observe the migration of birds. About 5 km away is the town, where you will find all the services necessary for your stay, such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. In the area, you can also enjoy the views of the Mirador del Estrecho, visit the castle of Guzmán el Bueno or travel back in time at the ruins of Baelo Claudia, in the small town of Bolonia, 20 km away. Kleine dingen zoals een koffiezetapparaat zorgden voor een goede start van de dag.
Het zwembad was heerlijk verfrissend na het surfen, en de omheinde tuin bood goede privacy. Ook een handige plek om spullen op te bergen.
Deze villa was een schone en rustige plek vlakbij het strand van Los Lances, zonder enige afleiding.
We hebben enorm genoten van de comfortabele tweepersoonskamer en het ontspannende zwembad na lange dagen op het water. De vriendelijke service ter plaatse maakte ons verblijf extra bijzonder.
De keuken was compact en bevatte alles wat nodig was, inclusief een keramische kookplaat. De slaapbank bood comfortabel plaats aan twee extra gasten. De netheid van het huis droeg bij aan een aangenaam verblijf.
Met twee slaapkamers en een slaapbank is het praktisch en biedt het comfortabel plaats aan groepen tot zes personen.
Bij aankomst laat in de avond was het appartement stil en klaar met verlichting aan. Het zoutwaterzwembad zag er uitnodigend uit en de omgeving straalde veel rust uit. Ventilatoren hielden slaapkamers de hele nacht fris. Parkeren bood ruim plaats aan drie auto's, wat snel uitladen mogelijk maakte.
Het tweepersoonsbed lag stevig en de douche had een goede waterstraal. De keuken was praktisch voor makkelijke maaltijden, en parkeren direct buiten maakte alles eenvoudiger. De locatie bood bovendien veel rust voor een aangename nachtrust.
De bedden waren stevig genoeg voor een goede nachtrust en het uitchecken verliep soepel. De lichte woonkamer maakte het aangenaam om er samen tijd door te brengen.
Moe van de reis, kon ik me hier zonder veel moeite installeren. De wasmachine was handig en het aanwezige babybedje was een welkome voorziening, aangezien we een peuter bij ons hadden.
