The exteriors of the villa are wonderful. Go out to the 40 m2 terrace, fully equipped, and have a barbecue; Swim in the pool or simply relax in any of the charming corners of the garden. You will find a beautiful green area decorated with sculptures, fountains, plants, trees and night lighting. The private 8 x 7 meter pool is made of salt, with a depth of 1.7 m, and is covered although it is not heated. In this area of the property they also have two hammocks where you can rest, as well as a jacuzzi for 7 people and a sauna, both available only part of the year.
The house has 2 porches, one smaller and one larger. The first is glazed and has curtains that prevent the sun from entering, since in this room you can find a double sofa bed corresponding to the 2 additional seats. The other porch, of much larger dimensions, is also glazed and furnished to share conversations, laughter and games with the family while admiring the privileged views of the sea and the mountains while enjoying the Mediterranean climate.
This unique villa of 200 m2 distributed on one floor has 4 double bedrooms, 3 of them with a double bed and the remaining one with two single beds. The property has 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite, and both with a bathtub. Sit back and relax in the beautiful double-height living room where you can enjoy watching television, listening to music with the CD player, reading a book or browsing the Internet. The entire house has diesel central heating. The kitchen is independent and has a rustic design, although with all the elements of a modern kitchen. It has gas stoves and in it you can find all the appliances and utensils necessary to prepare all types of dishes, feeling, in this way, as if you were at home.
In the Sierra de Ador you will find landscapes of great beauty, such as the “Barranc” and the “Font de Lloret”. The "Serra de Ador" Natura classroom is a reference in terms of the ecology of the region. There is also a route to take on foot through the mountains of about 6 km, and in it we find the “Cova Figueral” where there are archaeological remains belonging to the Neolithic. Ador is located just 8 km from Gandía where we find the perfect mix of History, Culture, Fun and Sports. Gandía has four large beaches of fine sand, which gives you the possibility of doing a wide variety of activities on them, such as sky-surfing. In addition, there is one of the few beaches with the best preserved dune system in the area, while it is also one of the few nudist beaches found in Valencia.
It is prohibited to cause excessive noise from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. since this is an urbanization with villas very close together.
Sauna and Jacuzzi only available from June 15 to September 15 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The jacuzzi only has cold water, which will be renewed every 7 days, with one day remaining unusable. Er was van alles aanwezig , schone badkamers, comfortabele bedden en een mooie keuken vlakbij het terras waar we 's avonds vaak zaten.
De Wi-Fi werkte prima voor casual browsen, wat me hielp werk af te ronden tijdens mijn verblijf.
Bij aankomst laat, maar het inchecken ging vlot en eenvoudig. Het huis had een fijne inrichting, de slaapkamers boden goede slaapkwaliteit. We hadden alles wat we nodig hadden in de keuken om samen maaltijden te bereiden.
Prachtig terras en zwembad, ideaal voor zomeravonden.
We hebben genoten van de ruime tuin en de hangmatten. De woonkamer met dubbelhoge plafonds voelde uitnodigend aan en was perfect om te ontspannen na een dagje uit. We voelden ons hier absoluut thuis!
Het terras was echt een pluspunt. Het zwembadgedeelte bood veel ruimte om te ontspannen. We genoten van barbecue-avonden met de familie. De slaapkamers waren gezellig en de indeling was over het geheel genomen goed.
Het inchecken verliep vlot en het opzetten van de accommodatie was zo gedaan. We hebben vooral genoten van de buitenruimtes, zoals de jacuzzi en de sauna.
Ik maakte me zorgen over geluidsoverlast omdat de villa's dichtbij zijn, maar het was over het algemeen een heel rustig verblijf. De keuken was ook goed uitgerust om maaltijden te bereiden.
De parkeerplaats direct voor de deur maakte uitstapjes gemakkelijk. De prachtige stranden in de buurt, die we tijdens ons verblijf hebben bezocht, lagen op korte rijafstand.

Het zwembad en de barbecue zijn zeer ruim, het beste is het uitzicht, de ventilatoren zijn stil en praktisch, er is veel privacy

Ongelooflijk zonnig met meerdere terrassen, het huis biedt veel ruimte, het uitzicht op de zonsopgang en de zee is adembenemend, de eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en het huis is schoon, het zwembad was open en schoon, hoewel een beetje koud :)
De woonkamer is zeer ruim en de bedden zijn comfortabel, naast het indrukwekkende uitzicht.
Het huis zelf, zeer compleet en comfortabel, het is jammer dat we door de hevige regen niet van het terras konden genieten, laat staan van het zwembad.
