You can take a dip in its beautiful community chlorine pool measuring 30 x 15 meters and a depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.90 meters. You can also sunbathe in the beautiful community garden that surrounds it. The apartment also has a beautiful furnished terrace where you can have a drink before going out on the sofa or armchairs it has, or enjoy a delicious meal outdoors at the dining table for four people. From this terrace you can access the 40 m2 solarium terrace where you can sunbathe on the lounger while looking at the magnificent views or contemplate the starry sky at night.
The 53 m2 apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator. The interior, with a modern and current style, will make you feel at home. The bright living room has a comfortable sofa to watch TV or rest while we cool off with the air conditioning throughout the house. The dining table has capacity for 4 people. The charming kitchen is independent, with a ceramic hob, ideal for cooking your best dishes on vacation. The house has a single bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. For the two extra guests, the sofa becomes a sofa bed for two people. If you travel with a baby, a crib and a high chair are at your disposal. The apartment is completed with a bathroom with a bathtub. In addition, the house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Oliva beach is also very close, 2.3 km away and is ideal for going with the family or enjoying water sports. De zonsondergang vanaf het solarium was indrukwekkend om te zien.
Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Het zwembad en de eethoek buiten bieden meer ruimte dan je zou verwachten in een appartement met één slaapkamer.
Genoeg plek voor vier personen, met een fijne terras waar je kon hangen. Zwembad en parkeren dichtbij maakten alles makkelijker voor onze groep.
Das Apartment war sauber mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet: Waschmaschine, Küchenutensilien sowie ein Hochstuhl für Kinder waren voorhanden. Parkplätze direkt voor de ongecompliceerde machten van een- en Ausladen.
We hadden voor elke dagtrip behoefte aan rust en stilte, en deze plek was ideaal voor ons tweeën. De slaapbank zorgde voor extra ruimte en maakte ons verblijf bijzonder comfortabel.
Ik zou deze plek aan iedereen aanraden die op zoek is naar een rustige en goed bereikbare accommodatie in Oliva Nova. Het inchecken verliep snel en gemakkelijk, met duidelijke instructies, waardoor de aankomst stressvrij was.
Het appartement had een prima keuken en het zwembad was goed onderhouden. De buurt had een leuke, levendige sfeer, beter dan sommige andere plekken waar we eerder verbleven.
Beter dan ik had verwacht voor deze prijs, met stabiele wifi waardoor ik makkelijk kon werken. De airconditioning in alle ruimtes was essentieel na lange dagen buiten. Kleine details zoals een vaatwasser bespaarden me tijd met afwassen.
De buurt is rustig en het bed is comfortabel. De airconditioning in de woonkamer was vooral op warme middagen erg prettig.
De check-in oorlog is eenvoudig en snel georganiseerd. Het apparaat kan alle gebruiksmogelijkheden voor de zelfbediening bepalen. Die Nähe zum Golfplatz en Strand zijn slechts een paar minuten verderop.
De locatie is ideaal om Oliva te verkennen, we vonden veel lokale winkels en restaurants op korte rijafstand,
Het appartement is ruim en goed uitgerust. We waardeerden de airconditioning en de aparte keuken. Het maakte ons verblijf comfortabel en aangenaam.
