You can cool off in the large chlorine pool that has dimensions of 15m x 7m and a depth range between 1.5m and 1.9m or relax sunbathing on the comfortable sun loungers. In addition, they can enjoy the wonderful views from the outdoor dining area while preparing a delicious barbecue. The porch of the house will be your favorite place to extend the evenings, as you can all gather together on warm summer nights and enjoy the refreshing breeze. Please note that there are neighbors nearby, so privacy is partial.

Inside this one-story house you have at your disposal a large living room open to the dining room that is equipped with Smart TV and a spectacular fireplace, barbecue and wood oven that will surprise you and give you that rustic air that characterizes this home. The gas kitchen has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. At bedtime you can choose between four bedrooms, perfectly equipped to make your stay the most pleasant. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second has a double bed and two single beds, and the remaining two have a double bed and a single bed each. Two bathrooms with shower serve the property.
