Behind us is an extensive nature reserve.Your garden seating area surrounded by palm trees and cacti invites you to relax and unwind. A charcoal barbecue invites you to cosy barbecue evenings.The approx. 55m² house is suitable for a maximum of four people. When you enter the house, you are greeted by a spacious living and dining area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the important kitchen utensils. In addition to a gas hob and an oven, there is also a fridge, a toaster and a coffee machine. The dining area not only invites you to eat but also to socialise with a TV. A fireplace provides cosy warmth even in cooler weather. There is a king-size bed in each of the two separate bedrooms. A shower room with WC completes the offer.ARRIETA (6 km) is an original fishing village with restaurants right by the sea and a bay with a sandy beach. The secluded "snow beaches" off ORZOLA (16km) are ideal for snorkelling and swimming.
