Omschrijving

The exteriors are fantastic, it has a very nice garden with a lemon tree from which you can pick lemons in season. There is 100 m2 of wooden terrace around the pool and it is also surrounded by about 100 m2 of grass. The private salt pool measuring 10 x 4 m, with a minimum depth of 1.10 and a maximum depth of 1.85, is magnificent in the middle of nature. In the pool area there are four hammocks for sunbathing. A great advantage is that the owners provide pool towels for our guests. The little ones in the family will find several games for the pool and they will surely not want to get out of the water. Just outside the living room you will find a private terrace with garden furniture to enjoy great evenings with your family and friends. It also has a barbecue for cooking lovers.

The 140 m2 house distributed over 2 floors has 3 bedrooms, all of them on the 1st floor with views of the countryside or the mountains. 2 of them are equipped with 2 single beds each, and 1 has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, on the 1st floor there is another bathroom with a shower, and on the ground floor you will find 1 toilet. There is availability for 1 crib. This house is a paradise for children, as they find various children's games - so there is no room for boredom!

The very bright living-dining room has a sofa and two armchairs, perfect for enjoying reading a good book, watching satellite television, or simply relaxing. The space for the dining room has a table and chairs for 6 people. The kitchen, independent and with vitro, is located very close to the living room and is equipped with everything you need so you can cook comfortably during your vacation. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms, in the dining room, in the kitchen and in a bathroom.

A short distance from the house is the center of Alaró, a small town, in the middle of the Tramuntana, with a lot of charm, where you can enjoy the most genuine Mallorca. Several hiking routes leave from the town in the direction of the Serra de Tramuntana. The Castell de Alaró is an ancient fortress that is admirable from the house, and is worth the excursion to admire the views of the island from above. Every Friday there is a market in the main square, where you can buy fruits and vegetables from local farmers. In Alaró you can find all kinds of shops: bank, pharmacy, restaurants and bars.

Orient is a small town among the mountains a few kilometers from Alaró. The beaches are a few kilometers from the town, since it is easy to reach several of them in half an hour.

There is no parking at the house, but there is the possibility of parking on the same street or in a public parking lot just 150 meters from the house. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
