You can enjoy sunbathing on 16 sun loungers and an outdoor shower is ideal for quickly cooling off. Surrounded by nature, this former farmhouse has fantastic views of the countryside and mountains. Here you can enjoy time with family, friends or in a group, with total privacy and surrounded by almond trees, olive trees and vineyards. In the annex there is a small gym and two bathrooms with sink, toilet and shower. The property stands out for having a winery, to which our guests are invited upon arrival, but it is subsequently closed.
In the industrial kitchen, offering a gas hob and all the necessary utensils, you can prepare your favorite dishes and surprise your loved ones with a feast. The comfortable living room and the spacious dining room, both with air conditioning, are ideal for sharing conversations and laughter. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The eight bedrooms are distributed over two floors, four of them on the ground floor and four on the first floor. All offer two single beds, en-suite bathroom with bathtub or shower, air conditioning, wardrobe, mini bar, satellite television, safe and oil heating. We can provide up to two cribs and two high chairs for our smallest guests.
The Son Simó Vell estate stands out as an agricultural estate where wine and extra virgin olive oil are produced, as well as oranges, lemons, garden products and eggs from our happy chickens – and all this within the reach of our guests! The land measures more than 340,000m2, a lot of space for the manufacturing of our products and for our customers. The northern coast is less than 8 km away and stands out for dream beaches such as Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia. Supermarkets, restaurants and shops you will find in Alcúdia or Sa Pobla. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 6 cars.

We hebben enorm genoten van de tijd die we met vrienden in de ruime tuin hebben doorgebracht. Er was genoeg ruimte voor iedereen om te ontspannen!
Ik heb genoten van de rustige sfeer van deze boerderij. De ochtenden op het terras waren erg aangenaam.
We hebben ons prima vermaakt op de nabijgelegen stranden tijdens ons korte verblijf. Alles was goed bereikbaar en gemakkelijk te vinden.
Dankzij de rustige omgeving en de comfortabele bedden heb ik heerlijk geslapen. De twee badkamers maakten het klaarmaken ook een stuk makkelijker.
De airconditioning werkte goed en hield de kamers aangenaam koel. Al met al een prima plek om te verblijven in vergelijking met andere accommodaties waar we zijn geweest.
De buitendouche was heerlijk verfrissend na het zwemmen.
Geweldig zwembadgebied, genoten van de ligbedden.
Gezinsreis met acht volwassenen en kinderen. Er was genoeg ruimte voor iedereen, we waardeerden onze eigen slaapkamers en badkamers.
Deze oude boerderij heeft zoveel charme. De kamers waren ruim en comfortabel, elk met een eigen badkamer. Perfect voor onze groep!
De buitenruimte is fantastisch! Met 16 ligstoelen hadden we nooit het gevoel dat het te druk was. We vonden gemakkelijk een plekje om te ontspannen.
De combinatie van olijfgaarden en wijngaarden rondom het pand creëerde een prachtig decor voor onze vakantie,
Het zoutwaterzwembad was een hoogtepunt, het voelde verfrissend en was perfect om af te koelen tijdens de warme avonden,
Het eetgedeelte buiten was perfect om buiten te eten. We genoten elke ochtend van het ontbijt buiten.
