Outside you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the private chlorine pool that measures 4.5 x 7.5 meters and has a depth that ranges between 0.80 and 1.80 meters. It also offers sun loungers and parasols for sunbathing, a relaxation area where you can have a drink at sunset, an outdoor dining room, a mobile barbecue for cooking delicious grilled meats and vegetables, and a wood-burning oven. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The interior of the two-story house is simple with modern touches combined with traditional elements. On the ground floor we find the living room with TV-sat. It communicates with the dining room through an arch and this in turn is connected to the kitchen that offers gas stoves. In the laundry room there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 5 bedrooms, all with 2 single beds and air conditioning. Three of them are on the ground floor and one has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The two on the first floor also have an en-suite bathroom with a shower - one of them with the shower in the same room. There is another bathroom with a bathtub for the entire house on the ground floor and an outside toilet. The equipment is completed with 7 ceiling fans and a crib and high chair if you travel with your baby.

The house is located on the outskirts of Algaida, in a quiet and bucolic environment. In the town you will find the basic services for an independent stay. The closest beach is Can Pastilla, about 20 km away. They also have a nearby golf course, Son Gual, about 13 km from the property. We recommend that you hire a rental car to facilitate your transportation around the island. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 6 cars.
