After a long day at the beach you can cool off in the outdoor shower, lie down in one of the two hammocks on the terrace or prepare a delicious barbecue for your family. The terrace has views of both the mountains and the sea in the background. Privacy is not total since there are direct neighbors.
The accommodation is located on the first floor and has elegant and comfortable decoration. The living-dining room invites you to sit on the sofa, watch a movie on satellite television or a DVD. The kitchen is well equipped, including a gas hob, kitchen utensils, a breakfast table, a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Here you rest in four comfortable bedrooms, two of them with two single beds and two with a double bed. They all have a closet. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub and bidet, serve the apartment. There are two air conditioning units: one in the living room and the other in the bedroom hallway. If you are traveling with your baby, we provide a crib and a high chair.
The house is located in Es Barcarés, a quiet urbanization in the north of Alcúdia. This beautiful corner of the island is ideal for sea lovers and people looking for tranquility. The rocky beach and the sea are less than 100 meters away and the next sandy beach, called Es Morer Vermell, is 550 meters away. If you walk along the coast, you can reach Malpas-Bonaire, where there are more beautiful beaches. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants and leisure activities are in Puerto de Alcúdia, 3.5 km from the apartment. A car is recommended as there is no bus service. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.

Fantastische locatie vlakbij het strand!
Een perfect klein toevluchtsoord met een gezellig ingerichte woonkamer!
De bediening was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We waardeerden de goed uitgeruste keuken, aangezien we de meeste maaltijden zelf kookten. De slaapkamers waren comfortabel en schoon, wat zorgde voor een goede nachtrust na enerverende dagen in Alcudia en de prachtige omgeving. De locatie is ook een pluspunt: dicht bij alles, maar toch rustig.
Vond enkele prachtige stranden in de buurt zonder de bank te breken!
Alcudia verkennen was leuk en gemakkelijk vanuit dit appartement. Na lange dagen sightseeing voelde het als thuis.
Deze plaats voldeed goed aan mijn behoeften als zakelijke reiziger.
Het appartement was ruim en perfect voor ons weekendje weg. Ik vond de airconditioning in de hal geweldig; die hield alle slaapkamers aangenaam koel, vooral na een warme dag op het strand. Het terras was een fijne plek om met vrienden te ontbijten.
Het verblijf hier tijdens het thuiswerken was erg prettig. De keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien om maaltijden te bereiden, wat tijd bespaarde. De eethoek bood comfortabel plaats aan ons allen, waardoor vergaderingen gemakkelijk en ontspannen verliepen. De internetverbinding was ook prima.
We vonden het fantastisch dat we meerdere slaapkamers hadden, dat maakte onze gezinsreis zoveel gemakkelijker.
Een heerlijk terras om te ontbijten of gewoon te ontspannen in de zon.
Geweldige locatie! Op slechts een steenworp afstand van het strand en met tal van eetgelegenheden in de buurt, hebben we genoten van het verkennen van de lokale restaurants,
De airconditioning in de gang hield de kamers koel en comfortabel, een voordeel dat we zeker waardeerden tijdens ons verblijf,
De eetruimte was ruim genoeg voor onze groep van acht. We hebben samen genoten van de maaltijden, wat ons verblijf nog specialer maakte.
De ligging op de eerste verdieping zorgde ervoor dat we alles konden bereiken zonder dat we steeds de trap op hoefden te gaan,
Het appartement had een praktische indeling, de twee badkamers hielpen de ochtendspits te vermijden,
De kamers waren comfortabel en hadden voldoende kastruimte. Een goede opstelling voor onze familievakantie.
