After a long day at the beach you can cool off in the outdoor shower, lie down in one of the two hammocks on the terrace or prepare a delicious barbecue for your family. The terrace has views of both the mountains and the sea in the background. Privacy is not total since there are direct neighbors.

The accommodation is located on the first floor and has elegant and comfortable decoration. The living-dining room invites you to sit on the sofa, watch a movie on satellite television or a DVD. The kitchen is well equipped, including a gas hob, kitchen utensils, a breakfast table, a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Here you rest in four comfortable bedrooms, two of them with two single beds and two with a double bed. They all have a closet. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub and bidet, serve the apartment. There are two air conditioning units: one in the living room and the other in the bedroom hallway. If you are traveling with your baby, we provide a crib and a high chair.

The house is located in Es Barcarés, a quiet urbanization in the north of Alcúdia. This beautiful corner of the island is ideal for sea lovers and people looking for tranquility. The rocky beach and the sea are less than 100 meters away and the next sandy beach, called Es Morer Vermell, is 550 meters away. If you walk along the coast, you can reach Malpas-Bonaire, where there are more beautiful beaches. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants and leisure activities are in Puerto de Alcúdia, 3.5 km from the apartment. A car is recommended as there is no bus service. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
