The large chlorine pool, measuring 12m x 6m and with a depth of 0.9m to 2m, is surrounded by a terrace with six sun loungers and a well-kept garden. The porch is a cool place to barbecue with friends and enjoy summer dinners. This fantastic house is fenced and there are no direct neighbors.

Due to the stepped structure of the house, you will find a basically equipped kitchen with a wood oven and ceramic hob, as well as a dining room on the -1 floor. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are also on this same floor.

The ground floor is divided into a fully equipped kitchen-dining room with a ceramic hob, a comfortable living room with satellite television and access to the pool. On this floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

The first floor consists of three bedrooms with a double bed each (one of them with an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub) and a separate bathroom with bathtub. Two bedrooms also have access to a terrace each with views of the countryside. If you travel with a minor, we prepare a crib and a high chair.

This beautiful farm is located near Binissalem, a Majorcan town famous for its wine production. Through a pleasant walk through the alleys of the town, perhaps accompanied by a delicious dinner, you will get to know the essence of Mallorca. In the surrounding area there are many wineries that offer tastings, including the José Ferrer winery. In Binissalem you will find supermarkets, bars and everything you need for an independent stay.

Because Binissalem is close to the Tramuntana Mountains, it is ideal for excursions on foot or by bicycle, for example to the dwarf village of Orient, Alaró Castle or the Salt des Freu waterfalls, which carry water after rain. Half an hour's drive separates you from the beautiful north coast with sandy beaches and calm waters. Puerto de Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollensa and Playa de Formentor are just some examples. Furthermore, Formentor is the northernmost tip of the island and is crowned by a lighthouse, surrounded by cliffs and the Mediterranean.

The two fireplaces cannot be used. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 27 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay.
