It has dimensions of 5.5 x 3.5 meters, and is perfect for cooling off during the hottest hours. It has a maximum depth that goes from 1.20 m to 1.80 m. Likewise, if what you like is to sunbathe in Mallorca, they have 6 sun loungers that will allow you to rest. In the pool area, you can enjoy the terrace and the garden area with grass. In turn, the first floor has a second furnished terrace (with 2 more sun loungers) so you can see the green horizon of the Majorcan pine forests.

This house, built in 2000 and located on a 300 m2 plot, is ideal for a holiday with family or friends. The furniture, equipment and rooms of the house make it a very appropriate and prepared home. As a whole, this property invites you to enjoy a quiet environment very close to the beaches and coves of Cala d'Or.

The spacious living-dining room is an ideal space to meet with family and friends, relax and have long conversations. The dining room is very versatile and has plenty of space so you can feel comfortable at meal time. In the living room you can rest by reading a book, watching satellite television (German channels) or surfing the Internet. The kitchen is very practical, and is equipped with all the necessary elements for cooking, with very complete equipment that includes a ceramic hob. In the laundry room there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. As for air conditioning, for the winter months, it has central heating throughout the house. For the summer months, you will have several heated rooms with air conditioning. To complement it, you will find a fan to help renew the air. In any case, the natural air conditioning of the house, close to the sea, will help make your stay pleasant.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. The 3 rooms in the house are doubles; 1 with a double bed, space for a cot/highchair and en-suite bathroom with bathtub on the ground floor; and the other 2, with 2 single beds each on the first floor (1 of them with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub). The other sink serves the rest of the house and is located on the first floor.

The location of the house is located just 1.2 km from Cala Gran, in Cala d'Or itself, the closest sandy beach. But know that you can count on many more locations if what you want is to swim in the sea of ​​Mallorca. They have, very close, places like Porto Petro or Cala Ferrera. Other places that you cannot miss are Porto Colom, Cala Marçal and the Mondragó Natural Park; all within a 11 km radius. The house is located in a quiet environment, but well connected by road and with the town itself.

The use of air conditioning is free from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. If you want to use it 24 hours a day, there is an additional cost. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation.
