This modern apartment, located on the first floor, has a beautiful furnished terrace where you can enjoy impressive views of the mountains while having a delicious breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. But the best of all is that to spend the day in one of the most beautiful coves on the island, with turquoise waters, you only have to walk a few steps, since it is only 110 meters away. There is also an interior patio in case you want to sunbathe at home.

Inside, they have a fantastic living-dining room that becomes the perfect corner to relax by reading something, watching satellite television or taking a break. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need such as an induction cooker, oven and much more. The laundry room is independent and has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest there are two rooms with two single beds and a closet each. There is availability for a cot and a high chair. And as for the bathrooms, there are two with showers that serve the entire house. The house is acclimatized with air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.
