This wonderful house has a chlorine pool and a solarium area with up to 10 hammocks where you can relax, chatting, having a cocktail or anything else you like, while peacefully contemplating the comings and goings of the boats, yachts and motorboats that sail through the Mallorcan east. The pool has dimensions of 5 m x 6 m and a depth that goes from 0.80 m to 1.80 m. Next to it, a wonderful built-in barbecue invites you to prepare delicious grilled recipes and then enjoy them under the porch, accompanied by the horizon. Some simple grass areas will allow the little ones in the house to have fun playing and running around freely around them.
With its rooms distributed at a height, this home has a living room open to the dining area, one on each floor, with comfortable sofas and armchairs where everyone can gather, enjoying satellite television and the unparalleled views of the terrace and the sea through the large windows. The living room leads to the kitchen, equipped with a gas hob and everything you may need to prepare your favorite menus. In this same space they have a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Een heerlijke plek om te ontspannen bij het zwembad! Dankzij de barbecue was koken makkelijk en leuk toen we vrienden over de vloer hadden.
We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf! Genoeg ruimte voor twee personen met comfortabele bedden en een heerlijke veranda om 's ochtends van een kopje koffie te genieten.
Beter dan eerdere verblijven in deze prijsklasse. De open woonkamer was ruim en uitnodigend met een prachtig uitzicht op zee. De keuken was goed uitgerust, waardoor koken makkelijk was. Het was ook handig dat er een wasserette in de buurt was.
Verrast door de rust en stilte, ondanks de nabijheid van de stad. Restaurants zijn op een prima afstand, maar je geniet er toch van een aangename stilte.
Ik had me zorgen gemaakt over parkeren, maar het bleek dat er altijd wel vrije plekken in de buurt waren. Ik vond het fijn dat er verschillende stranden op korte rijafstand lagen.
Kwamen laat aan één nacht, alles was klaar voor ons zonder problemen. Het zwembad zag er 's nachts nog beter uit! Algehele goede sfeer.
Het inchecken verliep vlot en was zo geregeld! De slaapkamers waren comfortabel en rustig, waardoor we heerlijk konden slapen. De fraaie tuin rondom het pand droeg bij aan de charme.
Familievakantie, vijf dagen. We hebben erg genoten van het zwembad en de barbecue. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras was ook geweldig, perfect om te ontspannen na een dagje uit.
Het is niet moeilijk om hier alleen rond te komen, het strand is slechts een korte wandeling of rit verwijderd en lokale winkels zijn ook handig als je snel iets nodig hebt.
De ligging ten opzichte van het dichtstbijzijnde mooie strand (Cala Serena) is fantastisch, 6-7 minuten lopen, Prachtig uitzicht op zee - zonder directe toegang tot de zee, Het zwembad was altijd schoon, Zeer rustige locatie qua verkeer en mensen,
