This beautiful town house surprises with a stone-lined patio where the protagonist of the house is: a small but totally private salt pool. It has a size of 5m x 2m and a depth of between 0.3m to 1.5m and is surrounded by a terrace where you can have a barbecue. An outdoor shower is ideal for cooling off from time to time. The terrace on the first floor is the favorite place for all sun lovers as it has four hammocks. The plot is fenced and, because the house is located in the town, there are neighbors next door.

This accommodation offers a second home in 120m2 and two floors and was completely renovated at the beginning of 2017. The decoration of the rooms is very Mediterranean, without forgetting details of the Mallorcan structure such as wooden beams or natural stone walls. The beautiful living room invites you to watch a movie on satellite television (channels in German and Spanish). There is air conditioning here so you don't get hot during the summer. The dining area overlooking the pool is open to the well-equipped kitchen, including a ceramic hob, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bedroom with a double bed is on the ground floor and has no window but is very comfortable. A bathroom with shower serves the ground floor.

Upstairs we find two more bedrooms, both with two single beds and access to the terrace. One has an en-suite bathroom with shower. If you are traveling with a baby, we prepare a crib and a high chair. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Located in the town of Campanet, the house is ideal for guests who want to enjoy the local culture, nature and the charm of being in a town. On a Tuesday you can go to the square and walk through the market, buy local products, have some tapas and a beer. In the center of the village there are Mallorcan restaurants, cafes, a grocery store and a bank. Being next to the mountains, you can go hiking and cycling. More services are found in Sa Pobla or on the coast, for example in Can Picafort or Puerto de Alcúdia - at the same time two fantastic places to spend a day at the beach.
