The exteriors of this villa are unbeatable. The private chlorine pool is truly spectacular due to its 20 x 10 m and its depth of 0.5 to 3 m. Around it, they have a large terrace with 11 hammocks to also enjoy the sun. The porch is ideal for relaxing after a good bath. It has several tables and chairs to have a drink, or enjoy a delicious barbecue prepared outdoors. The plot is fenced and privacy is total.

The house offers three floors. On the ground floor they have a large living room with satellite TV, CD and DVD player. Next you access the dining room and then the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob. Right next to it you have the exit to the laundry room, where there are 2 washing machines, 2 dryers, iron and ironing board. At this level there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and 2 bathrooms with a bathtub. A second living room is next to the staircase that leads to the first floor. Here they have 3 other rooms with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, two with a shower and one with a bathtub.
