Omschrijving

The private chlorine pool is perfectly integrated into the rustic and authentic exterior. It is elevated and has a depth of 1.6m. and a size of 2.5m2. After a refreshing bath, you can shower in the outdoor shower and remove the chlorine from your skin. Several terraces invite you to have a barbecue or enjoy the Mallorcan sun on four sun loungers. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors, so you enjoy maximum privacy.

Inside, the house looks authentic and modern at the same time. The living-dining room has the typical wooden beams and natural stone walls, without lacking amenities such as air conditioning or television. During autumn afternoons, you can light a warm fire in the wood stove, read or chat with the family. The kitchen, also typical Majorcan, has everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes; including a gas stove, electric oven and kitchen utensils. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor we find three comfortable bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning and wardrobe; one of them with access to the garden and space to put an extra bed, a crib and a high chair. In addition, two bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. A bathroom with shower serves the rest of the rooms. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and a wardrobe. Please note that this bedroom does not have a door.

It is a house located a short distance from one of the best beaches in the south of Mallorca, Es Trenc beach, considered a protected area, which has fine white sand and crystal clear waters. In the town of Campos you find all the necessary services such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants with traditional food or clothing stores. Don't forget to visit the Colonia de Sant Jordi, known for its great tourist offer, where you can rent bicycles, take a boat ride along the coast or take excursions to the Cabrera Natural Park.
