Omschrijving

A diversity of greens surrounds the exterior of this beautiful house, turning any corner into the perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere, the views of nature while swimming in the pool or sunbathing in the 6 hammocks or on the grass. The pool is chlorine, has a size of 9 x 4.5 m, a depth of 1 to 2 m and has the possibility of incorporating a protective fence for children. There is also an outdoor shower in case you want to cool off quickly before preparing a good barbecue with your loved ones and enjoying it on the terrace. The plot is fenced and there are neighbors around it.

The interior of the house is so simple, comfortable and with that beautiful Mallorcan style that makes it very special. Upon entering we have a living-dining room, with satellite television and air conditioning, which opens onto the kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, etc. The washing machine is located right here and, of course, there is an iron and ironing board. To rest, they have three bedrooms with wardrobe and air conditioning, two of them with two single beds and access to a balcony with views of the pool, and the third with a double bed and space to prepare a crib and high chair. Finally, there are two bathrooms in the house, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

Can Picafort is a quiet but at the same time lively coastal area where summer, especially, is wonderful to enjoy the beach, located just 1.6 km away, its promenade, its bars and beach bars, and much more. Its beach is in fact very extensive and ideal for practicing water sports, for example. We recommend a visit to the Albufera Natural Park if you feel like taking a pleasant walk after trying a delicious paella in a restaurant on the shore. And if you want to visit an even more lively area, we recommend going to Puerto de Alcúdia. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.
