The exteriors of this comfortable townhouse offer a private salt pool measuring 7m x 3m and a depth of 0.9m to 1.55m. Surrounded by a garden and six sun loungers, it is an idyllic place to sunbathe, perhaps accompanied by a refreshing gin and tonic. On the porch you can have meals outdoors and if you like to cook outside there is a barbecue. There are chickens in an enclosure and the owner comes daily to feed the animals so you don't have to worry about anything.

On the ground floor, the comfortable air-conditioned living-dining room is ideal for family gatherings. In the afternoon you can watch a movie with the children on satellite television. In the gas stove, typical Mallorcan, you will find everything you need to prepare any dish. The laundry room on the terrace offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On this floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning and a bathroom with a shower.

Stairs go to the first floor and two bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning and we can provide a cot and high chair.

The farm is located near the town of Costitx, an authentic and rural area in the center of the island. In the town there is a grocery store, cafes and cellers, good restaurants serving homemade Mallorcan food. The famous Wednesday market takes place in Sineu, at the same time the oldest market in Mallorca. If you like to play golf, you can practice this sport at the Son Gual golf course or in Puntiró.

Regarding the beach, by car it will take approximately thirty minutes to reach both the northern and southern coasts. The north is characterized by quiet beaches such as Playa de Muro or Son Serra de Marina, as well as beaches with all imaginable services such as Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcúdia. In the south are S'Arenal and Can Pastilla, ideal for those who want to combine beach with partying.

In Costitx you can sometimes hear planes passing by but the area is generally quiet. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Pets up to 7.00 kg are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.
