If you are a nature lover, here you can enjoy one of the best vacations you have ever had. Outside you will enjoy a pool just for the two of you. It is made of chlorine and has measurements of 5 x 3 meters and a depth of 1.6 meters. You can sunbathe on one of the sun loungers or protect yourself under the umbrella. In the house there are three terraces where you can enjoy the outdoors, barbecues and moments of relaxation while contemplating the starry sky. The property is fenced, there are close neighbors and privacy is partial.

The house has a traditional Mallorcan style lined with stone but with all the comforts you need. It is arranged on a single floor. Upon entering you will find a wonderful living room, dining room, kitchen with exposed wooden beams and other unique details, but at the same time modern furniture with simple and pleasant lines that will make your stay very pleasant. You can watch satellite TV on the comfortable sofa or take a warm nap next to the wood stove on the coldest days. The practical dining table has capacity for 4 people and is located next to the kitchen area, gas and fully equipped to cook during your stay. Next you will find the bedroom, with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. It has access to the terrace. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as central heating for cold days. If you travel with your baby we can provide you with a crib and a high chair.

This house is located within an ecological farm with more houses, separated from each other, which is an idyllic paradise of nature and sustainability. You will find lush, pampered gardens in this wonderful environment, which is also a starting point for sports lovers. You can walk along the paved paths around the estate, Nordic-walking, running, cycling, horse riding, golf,... You can taste the local cuisine in the towns in the area such as Sineu, Inca, Costitx, as well as visit their weekly markets. Thanks to its central location, you can reach any point on the island in a very short time. The closest beaches, such as Playa de Muro, are about 20 minutes away by car.

As a general rule and due to the location, in Costitx you may sometimes hear a plane. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.
