Omschrijving

It is a majestic ecological and sustainable farm, with several houses separated from each other, known as Agroturismo Finca Can Pina. They will have the possibility of staying in a true paradise environment thanks to the nature that surrounds it. The lush green gardens surround a large shared chlorine pool, measuring 12 m x 4 m and 1.30 m to 1.60 m deep. Next to it they have up to 8 sun loungers and several umbrellas so they can sunbathe or read a book quietly. A sand path, carefully placed for this purpose, leads you to the house where you will find a wonderful terrace for private use, ideal for enjoying an outdoor barbecue.

The house of about 50 m2 is built on two floors in a modern style that invite you to relax. It has a double bedroom with a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower on the upper floor. On the main floor, the living room is located, with a large sofa and wood stove, open to the dining room and the kitchen, equipped with a gas hob. This is wonderful as it allows you to cook while watching satellite TV or listening to some music on the CD player. The house is supplied with diesel central heating so you can stay at any time of the year. The laundry room, for common use, is located in another building about 20 m away. If you travel with your baby we can provide you with a crib and a high chair.

Costitx is a small central town that makes any point on the island easily accessible in a reasonable amount of time. It offers the basic services you need such as some shops, bars and restaurants where you can try our Mediterranean recipes. Here you can visit the astrological observatory or the Son Fred talaiot. If you are passionate about the beach, the sand and the crystal clear waters, go to Playas de Muro and practice a little water sports before eating a paella. If you like mountains and hiking, you cannot leave without visiting the protected Sierra de Tramuntana. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.
