The pool is located 20 meters from the house. It is for shared use, chlorine, and measures 12 x 4 meters, with a depth of 1.6 meters. Around the pool you can enjoy the summer time on one of the sun loungers, sunbathe, or read a book under the umbrella. The surroundings present us with very well-kept gardens that lead us to the terrace of the house. It has a table for 4 people under the arbor where you can have lunch or dinner outdoors, or enjoy a good barbecue, while we contemplate the wonderful surrounding gardens. On the other side of the house we find another garden area belonging to it where you can have breakfast or have a drink at sunset. The property is fenced, the house has direct neighbors and privacy is partial.
The house has 110 m2 that are distributed over two floors in a traditional architectural style but with all the modern comforts. Upon entering you will find the living room where you can enjoy satellite television, which also has a wood stove for cold days. It has access to the two terraces of the house. Next is the kitchen area, with gas and the basic equipment for cooking on vacation. It is also the area that connects the living room with the dining room, which has capacity for 6 people and also has access to the terraces. The bedrooms are located on the first floor. The first with two single beds, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe. There is a second bathroom on this floor with a shower. The house also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and central heating for winter. If you travel with your baby we can provide you with a crib and a high chair.
This beautiful house is located within an ecological estate with more houses, separated from each other, an idyllic paradise of nature and sustainability. You will enjoy manicured gardens in this wonderful environment that is also a starting point for sports lovers. You can walk along the paved paths around the estate, do Nordic-walking, run, cycle, horse ride, golf,... You can enjoy the local cuisine in the towns in the area such as Sineu, Inca, Costitx, as well as visit their weekly markets. Thanks to its central location, you can reach any point on the island in a very short time. The nearest beaches, such as Playa de Muro, are about 20 minutes away by car.
As a general rule and due to the location, in Costitx you may sometimes hear a plane. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.

We genoten elke ochtend van ons ontbijt op het terras. De tweepersoonskamer was gezellig en van alle gemakken voorzien. De sfeer was erg gastvrij.
Alleen reizen was hier fantastisch. Ik vond het heerlijk om nabijgelegen dorpjes zoals Sineu en Inca te verkennen.
Heerlijk weekendje weg! We hebben lekker ontspannen bij het zwembad en genoten van een paar barbecuediners in de buitenlucht.
Ik vond het fijn hoe ruim de kamers aanvoelden met genoeg natuurlijk licht dat binnenkwam. Ook zorgde de nette badkamer ervoor dat we ons helemaal op ons gemak voelden.
Deze plek bood comfort in een prachtige omgeving. De moderne voorzieningen waren goed gecombineerd met traditionele charme. Vooral 's avonds vond ik het heerlijk om bij het zwembad te zitten, het voelde erg uitnodigend.
Een prima plek voor een budgetvakantie. Het zwembad is schoon en de tuinen zijn mooi.
Precies wat je nodig hebt: een schone kamer en een comfortabel bed.
Tijdens mijn werkreis waardeerde ik de rustige sfeer hier. De woonkamer was comfortabel, waardoor het gemakkelijk was om te ontspannen na een lange dag. De keuken had alles wat ik nodig had voor maaltijdvoorbereiding, wat tijd bespaarde. Bovendien maakte de nabijheid van Sineu toegang tot lokale markten eenvoudig en handig.
Het huis is echt charmant, met geweldige buitenruimtes. Het is ideaal voor iedereen die gemakkelijke toegang tot de natuur wil terwijl hij toch comfort binnen geniet.
Het eetgedeelte buiten was een heerlijke plek om te dineren. De ondergaande zon zorgde voor prachtige avonden.
We vonden de accommodatie zeer gezinsvriendelijk. Er was een kinderbedje en een kinderstoel aanwezig, wat het voor ons met onze baby gemakkelijker maakte.
Het huis is gezellig en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel verblijf. De woonkamer met de houtkachel was een leuke toevoeging voor de koelere avonden.
Het huis heeft een heerlijke traditionele sfeer met modern comfort. Het was ruim genoeg voor onze groep en de centrale verwarming was een geweldige extra voor de koudere nachten.
Het was erg handig dat we twee auto's op het terrein konden parkeren, we reizen nogal wat en waarderen de ruimte,
Door de centrale ligging kun je soms vliegtuigen horen, maar dat stoorde ons helemaal niet, het was onderdeel van de ervaring.
De ligging is centraal, waardoor het gemakkelijk is om nabijgelegen steden te bezoeken. We hebben genoten van het verkennen van Sencelles en omgeving.
Het gedeelde zwembad ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand, perfect voor een verfrissende duik na een dagje verkennen. De tuinen rondom het pand zijn prachtig onderhouden en creëren een charmante sfeer.
