The villa, with its large garden, pool and terrace, is located in a very quiet side street with views of the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains.The spacious garden and the terrace, which provides shade, invite you to play and linger. The 8 x 4 metre pool is the eye-catcher of the property. You can enjoy the Mediterranean sun on the high-quality wooden deck or on the well-tended lawn. The property is fully fenced and children can have a wonderful time on the grounds. In the evening, the pool lighting bathes the property in a romantic atmosphere. The property also has a private car park with a double carport, which protects your car from the sun.Inside, the clever room layout creates a relaxing atmosphere.
