This charming apartment with a modern feel and spectacular views of the sea is located in Es Barcares in the north of the beautiful town of Alcudia. The exterior of the house is perfect, it has two terraces, one in the back and one in the front with artificial grass and incredible sofas to relax while watching the sea. Also on the terrace there is a table to organize dinners and summer meals with friends and family.
It is located on a very well distributed, bright and airy ground floor. The living room is in the same space as the dining room and the kitchen, with a very modern and current style. There is a large sofa with seating for four people and the dining room is equipped with a modern table with four chairs. The kitchen has everything you need so you can cook without problems including a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, oven, and dishwasher. Also in the house you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest, this apartment offers two bedrooms with a double bed, one of them with an additional single trundle bed. Both bedrooms have windows, and the double room has sea views. The house has a very large bathroom with a shower. If you are traveling with a baby, we can prepare a crib and a high chair for you.
Es Barcarès is a quiet and idyllic fishing village and is in the north of Alcúdia. Most of the coves are rocky, but there are also some nice sandy beaches, eg Mal Pas or Platja des Morer Vermell. The next sandy beach, Morer Vermell, is about a 10-minute walk away. In Es Barcarés you will find a small supermarket and a restaurant/bar. The town of Alcúdia, just 5 minutes by car, has more supermarkets, restaurants etc. In addition, the town is famous for the historic wall, the Roman ruins and the market, which takes place every Sunday and Tuesday. In the Port of Alcúdia you can go out at night, take a boat trip to Formentor, go with the children to the playground or visit the night market held in summer. In addition, we recommend taking an excursion to the Sa Talaia mountain, the Sa Victoria hermitage, the Coll Baix cove, the Calvari de Pollença or spending a great day in the Alcúdia water park. Ik bracht de ochtenden door op het terras in de achtertuin, kijkend naar de voorbijvarende boten; het was eigenlijk heel vredig.
De hoogwaardige keukenapparatuur maakte koken een fluitje van een cent. We vonden het ook heerlijk om te barbecueën op het terras.
We brachten de middagen door op het terras aan de voorkant. De accommodatie heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, inclusief een wasmachine, wat erg handig was tijdens ons verblijf.
We hebben het hier fantastisch gehad. Het strand ligt op loopafstand en we vonden het heerlijk om onze ochtenden aan het water door te brengen.
Het personeel zorgde ervoor dat we ons meteen welkom voelden. Het appartement was modern en gezellig met een mooie eetruimte om maaltijden te delen. We hebben elke dag ontbijt buiten genuttigd terwijl we van de zon genoten!
Het hele appartement is eenvoudig maar stijlvol ingericht; het voelde meteen als thuis.
Deze plek is geweldig voor zakenreizen, betrouwbare Wi-Fi hield me verbonden voor werk. Bovendien ligt het dicht bij leuke restaurants voor lunchpauzes.
De kiezelbaaien in de buurt zijn prachtig.

Het verkennen van Alcudia was leuk, er zijn veel winkels en historische bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. Ik heb ook heerlijk ontspannen in dit knusse appartement.
Ik kan dit appartement van harte aanbevelen! De service was uitstekend en de gastheren waren erg behulpzaam met onze verzoeken.
Het appartement is goed gelegen, met gemakkelijke toegang tot zowel het strand als de lokale winkels, perfect voor een ontspannende vakantie,
De open keuken maakte het bereiden van maaltijden heel gemakkelijk. We vonden het fijn dat er een vaatwasser was, zodat we na het koken gemakkelijk konden opruimen.
De nabijheid van het waterpark was een hit bij de kinderen, we hebben er een leuke dag gehad tijdens onze vakantie,
Een geweldige plek voor een gezinsuitje! De kamers waren comfortabel en we waardeerden het extra bed dat uitschuifbaar was voor onze zoon.
We vonden de lokale sfeer van Es Barcarès geweldig, het was leuk om overblijfselen van de traditionele visserslevensstijl te zien,
