The incredible views of the sea surround a wonderful terrace perfectly furnished for a delicious breakfast or a good lunch or dinner outdoors. But the best thing of all is not the views, but being able to cross the street and take a refreshing dip in the sea at any time. When they return, they have an outside shower in case they want to rinse off the salt before entering the house.

Located on the first floor, upon entering the apartment you will find a renovated and comfortable living room where you can watch TV or a DVD movie, in the gentle cool of the sea breeze or in the heat of the wood stove on cold days. Next, you access the fully equipped kitchen-dining room with a gas stove, a table with chairs and all the necessary utensils for cooking. Right here you will find the washing machine, ironing board and iron. There are 4 bedrooms with a wardrobe, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, another with two single beds and the remaining two with a single bed. The house is completed by a second bathroom with shower, 1 crib and 1 high chair, and 2 fans.

Es Barcarés is a quiet summer area, belonging to Alcúdia, where there are few services but it is privileged for being next to the familiar rocky and sandy beach of Morer Vermell and having the only restaurant in the neighborhood just below. Very close are also the paradisiacal sandy coves of Sant Joan and Malpas, true gems! As for services, in Alcúdia you can find all kinds of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes and mythical places such as its great wall or its traditional market on Tuesdays and Sundays. And if you like hiking, you can take the excursion to Sa Talaia de Alcúdia, a not very high peak but with a spectacular panoramic view. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser.
