The entire house is surrounded by pine trees. This is a forest area, so you should keep in mind that lighting fires is prohibited, both outside the house and in the area. But so that they don't miss a delicious barbecue, they can use the house's electric barbecue.

The one-story house has two bedrooms. A bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. For the smallest guests we will provide a crib and a high chair. There are two bathrooms with a bathtub that serve the entire house.

The living-dining room is very cozy and rustic, it has 1 sofa, 1 armchair, 1 small table, 1 Sat-TV, and 1 fireplace; The dining room space is equipped with 1 table and chairs; The gas stove is located in the same room as the dining room, it has all the necessary utensils to cook all the dishes you want. The location of the house is in the south of Mallorca, in a privileged natural environment. It is a different way of getting to know hidden Mallorca. Although it is in a remote area, it has good road connections with many points of interest and leisure, making it appealing to take a walk through the nearby coves and beaches (all within a 16 km perimeter). The house is located 4 km from the town of Felanitx, where it has many public and commercial services. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.
