The exteriors are magnificent as it has garden areas, a barbecue, a fully equipped porch and magnificent mountain views. It has an indoor heated chlorine pool with dimensions of 10 x 5 m. and a depth ranging from 1.6 to 1.8 m, located on the -2 floor.

The 500 m2 house distributed over three floors has four bedrooms, three with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower + bathtub, located on floor -1; and one with a bed and en-suite bathroom with shower located on the -2 floor. All of them have air conditioning. There is availability for a cot and a high chair. There is a toilet on the ground floor that serves the entire house.

The living-dining room is very cozy, mixes stately elements with modern elements, and has two sofas, two armchairs, TV-Sat, a table with chairs, and air conditioning; In the same space there is a secondary room located in a loft. The kitchen, independent and with vitro, has all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is oil central heating throughout the house.

Fornalutx is a small town with a lot of charm located in the Sierra de Tramuntana. It only has 384 inhabitants, and retains the charm of authentic Mallorca. In Fornalutx you will find local shops, banks, pharmacy, etc; but for large purchases you will have to go to Sóller. If you like hiking and excursions, there are several routes in the area to enjoy.
If you are looking for tranquility and a paradise place, do not hesitate to visit this town and those around it. Sóller is just 15 minutes away by car. Take an excursion with the Sóller train, the oldest train on the island, which will take you from Port de Sóller to Palma, where you can contemplate a magnificent landscape. Palma is just 35 minutes away by car, where you will find a wide variety of tourist offers.
