The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In the common areas you will find a shared chlorine pool, which has dimensions of 9.5 x 4.5 m and a depth range of between 0.65 and 2.1 m, which will be perfect for cooling off. Around it, there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue and a furnished area where you can enjoy preparing delicious grilled dishes. Once on the property, the private terrace will become the perfect space to start the day with a good breakfast or have a drink with your companions at the end of the day. Due to its location in a block of flats, there are direct neighbors in the apartment.
The bright and modern interior of the home is decorated with great care and designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The charming living-dining room, equipped with AC and Smart TV with satellite channels, leads to the kitchen, which has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it comes to resting, they have two beautiful bedrooms, both with double beds. A separate bathroom with a shower completes the equipment of the house. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.
This accommodation is located in Cala d'Or, a coastal enclave known for its natural beauty, its Mediterranean charm and its picturesque beaches, among which Cala Petita, Cala Ferrera, Cala Esmeralda and Cala Serena stand out. All of them offer soft sands and turquoise waters, ideal for relaxing, sunbathing and enjoying a refreshing swim. The charming center of Cala d'Or has a characteristic Mediterranean architectural design, with pedestrian streets lined with white Ibizan-style houses, well-kept gardens and squares with shops and restaurants where you can enjoy a wide range of cuisine. As well as enjoying the beaches and charm of the center of Cala d'Or, you can embark on boat excursions to explore the magnificent coves and bays in the surrounding area. These boat trips usually include stops to swim, snorkel and enjoy the beauty of the Mallorcan coastline.

We hadden hier meer dan genoeg ruimte voor vier volwassenen. We waren vooral blij met de netheid van het huis, wat ons verblijf erg aangenaam maakte.
De bedden boden voldoende comfort voor goede nachtrust. Uitchecken ging snel en soepel zonder gedoe.
Na een lange reis kwamen we laat aan en merkten dat het wifi-signaal sterk genoeg was om vanuit de woonkamer te werken. De airco zorgde dat het koel bleef terwijl ik me op mijn taken richtte.
We vonden het fijn dat het koffiezetapparaat goed werkte en dat er op het terras genoeg ruimte was om buiten te zitten. Het behulpzame personeel zorgde ervoor dat ons verblijf zeer aangenaam was en beantwoordde al onze vragen snel.
Het zwembad was perfect voor een verfrissende duik midden op de dag.
De straat is rustig en de buren zorgen voor een aangename sfeer.
We zijn na aankomst meteen het zwembad ingesprongen – heerlijk verfrissend! Het inchecken verliep ook snel. De locatie is gunstig, met stranden in de buurt en veel mooie wandelpaden rondom het terrein.
Alles was zoals beschreven en direct klaar voor gebruik.
Goede prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding met handige extra's zoals wasmachine en kinderstoel beschikbaar. Das freundliche Personal hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlten.
Het tweepersoonsbed voelde steviger aan dan in sommige andere accommodaties waar ik heb overnacht, wat ik prettig vond. Het gedeelde zwembad was schoon en fijn voor een snelle duik na een dagje uit. De keuken was van alle benodigde apparatuur voorzien, waardoor koken makkelijk was.
Cala d'Or heeft zoveel te bieden, we hebben een boottocht gemaakt om de nabijgelegen baaien te verkennen, en het was een hoogtepunt van onze reis. De kustlijn is adembenemend,
De keuken was verrassend goed uitgerust, we hebben verschillende maaltijden gekookt en vonden alles wat we nodig hadden, wat een aangename verrassing was,
We vonden de gezellige sfeer van het appartement geweldig, het voelde als thuis, en de inrichting was echt prachtig, beide slaapkamers waren ruim en comfortabel,
De locatie is fantastisch! Dicht bij het centrum van Cala d'Or, genoten we van een wandeling door de voetgangersstraten en het verkennen van de lokale winkels.
