On the ground floor, the cozy patio houses a chlorine pool 6 meters long by 3.4 meters wide, with a depth that varies from 0.90 to 1.65 meters. Equipped with sun loungers, a refreshing outdoor shower and a handy barbecue, the patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. On the upper terrace, there is a cold water jacuzzi, providing an idyllic place to relax and enjoy the panoramic views.

This charming two-story house offers a warm welcome with a hall on the ground floor, providing direct access to the pool. Upon ascending to the main floor, a spacious and bright living room is revealed, equipped with Smart TV and air conditioning, complemented by a generous sofa that invites you to relax. The separate kitchen features a gas stove, barista-style coffee maker and all the utensils needed to prepare delicious dishes. For rest, three bedrooms, one with a full bathroom, with a hydromassage bathtub, double bed and air conditioning and the other two with a double bed. A final bathroom, with a shower, along with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, offer additional amenities. If you are traveling with a baby, a cot and high chair are provided, ensuring a worry-free family stay.
