The exterior of the apartment is designed to maximize the enjoyment of the Mediterranean climate. The property has an outdoor chlorine pool 7.5 meters long by 3.5 meters wide, with a uniform depth of 1.70 meters, ideal for cooling off during hot days. Next to the pool, guests will find sun loungers to relax under the Mallorcan sun. The terrace also has a barbecue area under a porch that shades the table set up to enjoy meals outdoors with your companions.

The rustic interior, distributed over two floors, begins with a living room, with air conditioning and Smart TV, which is open to the dining room, creating a spacious and bright space to relax and eat with your companions. In addition, the kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob has all the necessary utensils to cook delicious dishes during your stay. There is a second, very bright room where you will find a perfect armchair to enjoy an afternoon reading a book. To finish this ground floor, they have a bedroom with two single beds, closet and A/C, and a full bathroom with a bathtub. Going up the stairs, you will find the two remaining bedrooms, both with a double bed and with access to the outside, one bedroom opens onto a balcony and the other onto a terrace with two hammocks, ideal for sunbathing. All rooms in the house have a wardrobe and A/C. Finally, a second full bathroom with a bathtub serves this first floor. They have a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board for use during your stay. If you travel with a baby you can use the crib and high chair.
