The large terrace with views of the countryside is, without a doubt, an oasis of peace ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. There is a large private chlorine pool, with dimensions of 4 x 5 m and a depth range of between 1.3 and 2 m. Around it there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, as well as a furnished area where you can spend fun moments while eating or having a drink with your companions at the end of the day. Please note, due to its location in the interior of the town, there are direct neighbors and privacy is partial.

The interior of the single-story home is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The open plan living room is equipped with a TV. The dining room is open to the kitchen, which has an induction stove and the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. For sleeping, they have three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and the third, with a bunk bed. A bathroom with a bathtub and two with a shower, one of them exterior, complete the property. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

This accommodation is located in Costitx, an ideal destination for those looking for a quiet and rural environment in which to enjoy the natural beauty and local culture of the island of Mallorca. Known for its dark and clean skies, the town becomes the perfect place for stargazing, either in a private setting or at the Astronomical Observatory of Mallorca, located a very short distance away. We also encourage you to explore the historic center, with its simple and traditional architecture. The surroundings of Costitx offer beautiful rural landscapes that are ideal for hiking as you traverse fields, forests and hills and enjoy nature and panoramic views. In the town you will find all the necessary services to enjoy an independent stay, as well as several restaurants where you can try the delicious local cuisine. If you feel like enjoying a day of sun and sea, the closest beach is Muro, characterized by its soft, fine white sand and turquoise waters that are also calm and shallow, making it the perfect place for families.

Please note that the fireplace in the dining room is decorative and cannot be used. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 28 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay.
