Outside you can take a refreshing dip in the private saltwater pool with views of the Mediterranean Sea in the background. The pool measures 9 x 4 meters and has a depth of 1.50 to 3.50 meters. Next to it, the bar area is perfect for having an aperitif after swimming. In addition, the property has billiards, sauna, gym and children's play area, to spend an entertaining afternoon after spending the morning on the beach. At night, the best plan is to cook a delicious barbecue and enjoy it under the porch next to the house. The property is fenced and there are nearby neighbors.

The stylish interior of the 2-story house has all the necessary equipment for a perfect stay. The large living room with kitchen offers Smart TV, satellite channels, and ceramic hob. Still on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with a bunk bed. Also on the ground floor we have a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. On the first floor we have 3 more bedrooms, all of them with a double bed, one of them with an en-suite bathroom. There is a third bathroom with shower for the rest of this floor. The property is equipped with ducted air conditioning, washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a cot and high chair if you are traveling with your baby.
