The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In the beautiful garden, full of fruit trees and native plants, you will find the wonderful private chlorine pool, with dimensions of 8 x 4 m and a depth range of between 1.4 and 2 m. Around it, there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue area and a porch with a large table, where you will surely enjoy unforgettable meals or fun moments while having a drink at the end of the day with your companions. The property is fenced and, although there are some neighbors in the area, the privacy is practically total.

Distributed over two floors, the interior of the house is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor there is a large living-dining room equipped with AC and Smart TV, a separate kitchen with a gas stove and all the utensils for comfortable cooking, and an outdoor bathroom with a shower. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Via a staircase you will access the upper floor, where the two bedrooms are, both with AC. One of them has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, while the other has two single beds. On this floor there is another independent bathroom with a shower. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

One of the main attractions of Pollença is its historic center. With its narrow cobblestone streets, picturesque squares and beautiful buildings, it is a perfect place to walk and explore. There you will also find a wide variety of venues and restaurants where you can taste the flavors of the region and discover unique products. Wine lovers will also find numerous wineries where they can taste local wines. For those looking to enjoy nature, Puig de Maria is an unmissable option. This mountain offers a scenic hike to its summit, from where you can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding area. It is also home to an ancient monastery, which is worth exploring. If you fancy enjoying a day of sun and sea, the beach of Puerto de Pollença, with its fine sand and crystal-clear waters, is an idyllic place to enjoy a wide range of water sports or simply relax on a sun lounger and enjoy the sun and the sea breeze.
